History

Founded in 1995 in an effort to provide better quality and service to existing clients, Structural Components Fabrication combines a philosophy of integrity and commitment to offer our customers the finest in value and craftsmanship. Since our inception, we have exhibited consistent growth in profits and our list of satisfied customers continues to grow. We have carefully built a reputation of commitment to our clients and employees that is as strong as the steel we fabricate.

We specialize in difficult structural renovations in existing buildings, with an emphasis on incorporating these new structures into previously built projects. With experience in both structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication, our team of skilled employees can handle any challenge. Past projects include work varying from aircraft hangars to ornamental railings, spiral stairs to ornate driveway gates.

We are located in Martinsville, Indiana, just off Highway 37. In the heart of south-central Indiana, we are 30 minutes from Indianapolis and have easy access to all parts of the state. Executive Officers

Darrell Jerden - President/ CEO
A Structural Engineer with 25 years of experience in structural steel, Darrell is an expert in heavy industrial construction. As founder of Structural Components Fabrication, Darrell has been involved in projects of all sizes and has now brought the company into more miscellaneous and ornamental work.

Martin Tolbert - Shop Superintendent
Martin oversees the workings of the shop with a trained eye and 20 years of experience. His area of expertise is structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication, along with an ability to use unique means to solve difficult structural problems.

Kim Reece - Controller
Kim supervises the workings of the office, payroll and accounting for the company. Her organization keeps the company running smoothly and her years of experience are a great asset to us.

Lagena DeRossett - Purchasing Director
Lagena maintains inventory, manages purchasing, and coordinates delivery to jobsites all over the state of Indiana. Her attention to detail keeps work flowing through the shop and out the door for successful job completions.
